Hyrox and DEKA specific movements using ergs, kettlebells, tanks and sleds along with compromised running.

Learn the correct and most efficient movements for each station.

Metcons, circuits, and everything gassy! These sessions will also focus on compromised running so expect some 200's and 1k's and everything in between.

These are great for HYROX and DEKA training. Tough, BUT all elements are scalable to suit your level!
